In 1998, Mustafa and Alper Alhat took over their family business from their late father Hüseyin Alhat, who was a pioneer in making Akhisar the capital of olives, and founded Alhatoğlu Zeytincilik Gıda Limited Şirketi. In 2011, Alhat brothers, who have been farming and processing olives, operationalised modern high capacity olive oil bottlingplant focused on packaged olive oil production. Because of their investments in automation technologies, they succeeded in offering affordable olive oil for Turkish consumers and take their place in competitive foreign markets in bottles of 1L and less.

ALHATOĞLU OLIVE OILS
Alhatoğlu Olive Oils has been in the Turkish food industry for the over 22 years. As the leading olive oil producer and exporter of Turkey, Alhatoğlu is serving the olive oil industry and consumers by operating its crushing, storing and packaging units.
Alhatoğlu's Akhisar plant has 1.500 m2 loading area, 10.000 m2 indoor space. The plant has a storage capacity of up to 5.000 tonnes and can package 100 tonnes every day.
Alhatoğlu produces and Extra Virgin olive oil, pure olive oil, refined olive oil, refined olive pomace oil and olive pomace oil in retail packagings under its registered trademarked brands for both national and international markets.

Brought up with their father's experience and invaluable knowledge, Mustafa and Alper Alhat saw that there is still work to do in the olive industry. Hence, they are always working on new enterprises. Alhat brothers continue to walk in their father's footsteps by volunteering in various non-governmental organizations in order to improve the olive industry regionally and nationally.
